Unitec Institute of Technology is the largest institute of technology situated in Auckland, New Zealand, preparing highly skilled graduates.
The Institute offers a wide range of programmes and short courses focused on the student’s further employment. Unitec programmes are fit for purpose and match the needs of learners. 

Unitec has 2 well-equipped campuses in Auckland: Mt Albert and Waitākere. There are free inter-campuses shuttles.

The learning environment is positive and flexible and combines industry-leading theory and a lot of practical learning. Classes are delivered by the industry-experienced and well-qualified staff in partnership with the industry that helps graduates to obtain work-ready qualifications.

The Institute provides an extensive support service for students at all stages: enrolment, studies, employment and in case of personal cases that helps students to achieve academic and personal aspirations. There are such services for students and their families: Student Learning and Achievement, Careers Development, English Language Centre, Information Management Systems, Health and wellbeing, Student voice, Pastoral support, Support for Parents, Help on campus, International support etc.

Unitec is a member of the International Association of Universities. Its qualifications are globally-recognised and of international standing. The Institute take part in the Study Abroad and Exchange programme that gives students an opportunity to spend one or two-semester in one of the overseas partner-universities (USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, Mexico, India, Malaysia, Sri-Lanka).
